Love Story Begins, Vlog

Apparently the rather unusual love story that Elizabeth and I share is newsworthy. Just over two months ago (as I write in June) a Today Show producer and two camera operators visited us and we talked about our relationship for over thirty-five minutes.
Six weeks later, about fifty seconds of the interview was aired.
I set up both our iPhones and shot the entire interview for myself because I had a feeling that they would not give me the video files (what we used to call “footage” when it was film or tape) and that turned out to be correct.
Here is the first section – how we met and married for the first time – as I edited it. We were lit by our large dining room window on a partly cloudy day so you’ll notice some variations in the illumination. And I was hurrying so the focus on one of the phones is kind of fuzzy.
